Operate production machinery to accomplish required tasks of processing payments, producing statements, and/or producing plastics for Citi customers.

Set up, operate, and maintain basic machinery and replace machine consumables Meet production goals and standards.

Read, review and interpret instructions sample board using key information for set ups and operations.

Checks and verifies job components against sample board to codes and key information and indicators.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area at all times.

Maintain, complete and verify paperwork for each production run documenting: production run time, spoilage, down time, maintenance sheets, postal information and other production logs as directed by supervisor.

Checks accuracy of paperwork pertaining to job, including counts, tray tags.

Process mail in accordance with the sorter area SOP. Attend both the morning and the afternoon sorter area turnover meetings as needed. Ensures that the mail trays are sorted to the correct HASP breakdown and all USPS standards are followed. Quality checks mail trays for correct sortation and proper tray.

Mail Clerk is responsible for moving the mail from the machine and sort properly in trays. Ensure trays are properly tagged. Keep pace of the machine to avoid purge mail. Review rejected mail pieces. Move full trays to the conveyor with the correct identification.
