Job Responsibilities

Preparation of shop drawings for Mechanical activities as per IFC Drawings for approval.

Co-ordination with the main contractor and the other Sub Contractors.

Working together with project schedules and programs, and prior execution plans with proper documentation.

Selection of AHUs, FAHUS, DX units, VRF Machines, Chillers, exhaust and ventilation fans.

Performing ESP calculation for AHUs, FCUs & Ventilation fans.

Inspecting of equipment’s delivered at site.

Raising Material Inspection Requests.

Handling the team with proper planning and safety and risk management methods.

Preparation of drawings for Mechanical, Coordination drawings in Initial stage of the projects.

Preparing of the material submittals.

Preparation of Conceptual single Line drawings indicating possible routes & Size mechanical & Structural opening required.

Inspecting the site as per approved drawings and carrying out the work.

Submitting the inspections requests to the consultants for approval.

Co-ordinate with client, consultant and subcontractor for site inspection.

Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members.

Consulting with project coordinator regarding the project.

Coordinate with workers in the site through execution.

Involved with the Technical Team for Tendering of New projects
