Projects

●Installation and commissioning of KLEINEWEFERS make Super calendar machine- study and develop operational & control philosophy, hydraulic control logic, machine automation. Installation of new PLC control system for control loops and drive referencing. (Jan2016-June2017)

●Boiler Upgradation Project: Upgrade the boiler capacity from 30 tons to 40 tons by installing additional water tubes and additional economiser coils. Upgrade the feed water flow sensor & input scaling, changes in logic of 3 element control element and totalizer, Pressure compensation for steam flow logic. (Sept2018-OCT2018)

●Paper Rewinder machine modification with new PLC S7-1200 system and hydraulic system:

Replace the old pneumatic control interlocks with plc logic and installation of hydraulic system for rider control and platform lifting. (Sept2018-OCT2018)

●Paper Machine Modification with New Size Press: Relocation of the machine parts, field instruments and control loops, cable scheduling, cable laying, relocate the control desk and junction boxes with termination. Size press load-unload logic development, addition in steam and condensate control loops. (Jan2019-Feb2019).

●New NP800 QCS scanner frame/ 800xA server installation: Remove old SP700 QCS Scanner frame and Server system and replaced with new version of QCS scanner frame Network platform series NP800 model with 6.0.3version server system. (June2019).
