•Electrical layout freezing, vendor finalization, BOQ evaluation & Bill verification
•Coordinate & handling multiple vendor
•Execution of project following EHS norms - as per design& layout
•Coordinator for machine Positioning & erection
•OEM coordination for Machine startup
•MEP Work follow up
•Brownfield Project-Industry expansion-Garment Sewing line expansion

(PLC,VFD,HMI,UPS,Motors,Starters,circuits)HT equipment (transformers, Vcb,DG)& AMC follow up
•Lead the team of 25 members & shift allocation –follow up the team work
•Record Maintenance or EB units, Break down maintenance as per ISO standard
•PM for All equipments & maintaining proper spares to eliminate break down
•Yearly Budgeting & Monthly expensive Data maintaining
•MEP maintenance-Building & facility maintenance
•Procurement of new assert through CAPEX
•Break down Analysis through why-Why analysis & implementing CAPA
•Executing maintenance activity as per EHS noms
•Industry experience-Paper,Garments,Heavy engineering-Valve,no hub couplings, cylinder manufractring plants
