Exigen upgraded their existing policy admin product and hence chartis are in the process of upgrading their policy admin system from ePCG I to ePCG II, which is more user friendly and advanced with the latest updates. Chartis introduced Auto insurance policies for their customers in ePCGII.

Using these plans, you can generate and manage charges, invoicing, and payment receipts. The Customization is done using the Guidewire Billing center V3.0 application.

CorVel will handle the components of the MBR workflow including imaging, bill sorting, indexing, data entry/capture, re-pricing and releasing of medical bills for Auto Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Workers Compensation (WC), and Auto Med-Pay bills and their associated medical reports. The Hanover’s current vendors that support the MBR process will ultimately be replaced by CorVel as part of this project. These vendors include the current MBR vendor, Ingenix business flows.
