HM360 focuses on providing better patient care by making the risk adjustment process easy and efficient. Its aim to predict the risk score, analyze the insurance claims and generate value insight around it. Basically It helps the partner which is Medicare Advantage Organizations that offers Medicare advantage plans. It also captures all kind of data like diagnosis codes, procedure codes, quality measures and much more to close the gaps in quality and Risk adjustment factors (RAF).
Responsibilities
Worked in a Software Development Lifecycle Using Agile (SCRUM) methodology
Involved in a complete software development process producing test deliverables from start to end through the entire SDLC assisting QA Team Lead in writing the Test Plans and Test Scenarios for the project Analyzed System Requirement Specifications, involved in each step of the test documentation such as writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Defect Reports
Performed various kinds of testing like Black Box, GUI, Functionality, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance and Back End Testing.

GPM stands for Group Policy Master. It is an Intranet application, with both a graphical user interface (web-based) as well as web-services. It houses all Group Benefits Policies and some high-level information about them. It helps to assign Policy numbers, direct calls to appropriate areas, and determine which suite of systems the groups belong to. GPM is one common central location to keep track of this information.
