I worked as a Sales representative for HiH Technologies, it was a gruelling experience to work in but I was able to cope through the experience. Customer called in to ask for a demo of the product. We went to customers’ homes to provide them with a short but thorough demo of the product, customers were pleased to see the product in action and we provided them information with what comes with the product and explained and ensured the customers after they showed interest in it, if they bought the product, we would show them the full detail of how to use it in detail so they wouldn’t need to worry with any problems on how to use it.

My field of study is in IT. I did 2nd year in ICT in Applications Development at CPUT. I am currently seeking employment in Data Capturing, Customer Services, IT Support or Administration. I worked a 3-month contract at Amazon as a Customer Service Associate and enjoyed the fast-paced work environment. Although I do not have proper work experience, I am willing to learn and am hard working. I am dependable and self-motivated and will work well independently and in a team. I'm keen on learning new things and very self-driven to explore the unknown. From my I.T experience I’m able to observe well and pick up specific faults and figure out solutions to correct the problems. I like to challenge myself in any way I can even if I'm pushed to the edge, I think inside and outside the box meaning I try not just thinking in one direction but looking at all possibilities there is.
