Oversee Mining operations with high respect on the attainment of the daily required tonnage based on engineering plans.
Maximize slices and advances in mining activity to ensure efficient pit optimization.
Responsible for slope and bench stability in the pit and ensure all specifications and standards are met without disregarding safety and environment commitment.
Managing equipment and personnel compliment by providing effective and efficient line ups to attain the daily, weekly and monthly production targets in mining operations.
Supervision of earthworks related activities such as construction of tailings and settling ponds, constructing coast ways, quarrying of ballasting materials for road maintenance and waste dump areas and other activities that involve excavation and construction.
Responsible in constructing road ways and drainage systems in the pit to minimize additional cost and effectively mine during unfavorable working condition.
Ensure that all run off mine ores are delivered within the specified grades.

Perform geotechnical testing relative to the dam construction, this includes testing and recording of all samples and tests
Conduct regular inspection on all tailings/water dam equipment and other appurtenances to ensure normal operation (Piezometers water bore holes and general visual inspections).
Responsible in the monitoring of water effluents and ensure samples within the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Standards.
Perform Cost Analysis - Cost per Cu. meter Performa Techniques, daily, weekly, and monthly planning programs application. This includes volume checks on monthly invoices using Surpac and AutoCAD 3D.
