Baptist Hospital OIKO Project. Managua, Nicaragua. I outlined as a contractor for the construction, supervision and execution of works for the redevelopment of the area of the Baptist Hospital Surgery Room. Design by architect Mayte Porro, Bapstist Hospital Administrative Manager.

Project grotto for Virgen de Guadalupe, Rivas, Nicaragua. I was part of the architectural team PAP for the development of the construction project of the Grotto for Virgen de Guadalupe located in Tola, Rivas. This project was funded by the mayor of the municipality or Tola, Rivas.

Guadalupe Community project. Matagalpa, Nicaragua. As head of infrastructure project, design and supervise the construction of a comprehensive development center in the community of Guadalupe Matagalpa, Nicaragua. This project was funded by the honorable people and embassy of Japan through the management of the NGO Infancia Sin Fronteras.

Perform design and supervision works for remodeling Imperial Casino facilities. 2006

Waspan Norte Children Development Center.
