The samples that the phlebotomist collect we allow them to sit for 30 minutes run them in our hemostat and collect the liquid in another tube that would be shipped out for testing. We collect samples from the plasma bottles and freeze both the samples and bottles for shipment. All bottles are to be frozen 30 minutes after donation is completed or plasma is thrown into the waste. Education
