1.Having one year experience in Ammonia Plant in NATIONAL FERTILIZERS LIMITED Vijaipur as GRADUATE APPERENTICE TRAINEE.

2.My responsibilities included plant monitoring and data monitoring of Reformer section and visually monitoring the tube conditions.

3.Under the supervision of my superiors I have performed blow down of RG/SG boiler and I have also taken part in changing over of the pumps . Handover of the equipments for maintenance with all safety and with routine visual inspection of process equipments, vessel piping for unusual sound, vibrations and collection of data.

4.Having experience in the shutdown process where my duties included cleaning of heat exchangers, blanketing of the vessels by Nitrogen, Ensuring the level of GV storage tank and the temperature profile of the tank.

MAJOR PROJECT

Preparation of BIO-DIESEL From Used Vegetable Oil

The study followed a work methodology that included extraction of BIO-DIESEL by stage wise trans-esterification reaction and removal of glycerine formed as a by product by decantation.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Vocational training in NATIONAL FERTILIZERS LIMITED for one month in the production of urea. Where I learned about the stripping section and the functioning of prilling tower as well as learned the functioning of centrifugal pumps and reciprocating pumps.

SOFT SKILLS

Comfortable in working with Ms Word, Excel, Power point and I am currently in beginner level of DWSIM a plant design and simulation software.
