Scope/Description:

Project Scope consists designing of package 4,5 and 6, which has almost 130 buildings including Multifunction buildings, Canteens, Warehouses, Industrial shop floor, Offices and Residential buildings

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing design philosophy for BMS system. Almost 130 buildings network is included in RAK package 4,5,6.

Design BMS Schematics.

Building wise preparation of IO’s considering all the equipment’s of HVAC in building.

Overall Control System Architecture including all the PLCs and DDCs Data locations

Cable Schedule

MTO’s and TBE

Individual Building wise schematics and layouts,

Overall interfaces of control system with security, CCTV, PAGA and Fire Alarm System,

At Ajman, general requirements for mechanical design and installations of WWTP Sludge to Energy Project located within the UAE. This project includes review the documents of design, manufacture, delivery to site, storage, erection, testing and setting to work of the electrical plant.

Responsibilities:

As control & instrumentation engineer, responsible to review and

approve instrument index, Input/output list, instruments data sheets,

instrument hook up drawing, PLC system architecture, Scada system,

instrument location layout, cable tray routing etc.

Scope/Description:

Concept & Detailed Design of MEP Services including Architectural, Interior and Structural / MEP coordination.

Honeywell invents and manufactures technologies that address some of the world’s most critical challenges around energy, safety, security, productivity and global urbanization. The global urbanization comes under “HBS- Honeywell Building Solution”, which is a global division. And I was a part of GES-HBS.

Responsibilities:

Programming of a Software through “Comfort Point Open Balancing Tool R150 Stem” in global. Worked for PID closed loop application in HVAC and Building Automation. Also responsible for Graphics Development in “HMI Display Builder” software application and delivering the same.

Johnson controls has controlling and designing of hardware for HVAC business in automation. I worked as Engineering Associate.

Customer Interaction for their requirement & delivering the project within the timeline. Project scope was related to graphics and software development. Resource planning, managing deliveries and quality checks were some additional responsibilities which was handled during my incumbency in JCI.

Sankalpa Automation is a small engineering firm where all types of Panel wiring and designing can be done. Sankalpa provides PLC, MCC, Solar panel to Thermax, Honeywell, Renishaw, Transtech and SAKA. Saka Engineering System offers a complete package from liquid processing to packaging. All its engineering design is made by Sankalpa’s Team. Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer, Integrated Fluid Bed Dryer, Direct Fired Rotary Dryer or Direct Fired Calciners are few of the processes projects.

Responsibilities:

Worked so far as a Team Member. PLC Programming using ABB plc, Mistubishi PLC, AB-Compact logics. SCADA designing done on WINCC and Iconics Genesis 32.
