Name of the Minor Project: Geo Polymer Concrete.

Description: In this project, Geo polymer is an innovative and eco-friendly construction material and an alternative to Portland cement concrete .GPC is made from GGBS and Fly ash which are waste products generated from steel plant and thermal plant respectively. Use of Geo polymer reduces the demand of Portland cement which is responsible to high co2 emissions. Name of the major project: Removal of Arsenic from ground water by Manganese Dioxide–Coated Sand: Description: Arsenic is naturally present at high levels in the groundwater of a number of countries. Arsenic is highly toxic in its inorganic form. Long-term exposure to arsenic from drinking- water and food can cause cancer and skin lesions. It has also been associated with cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Internship Details:

1. Company name: HMDA (Hyderabad metro Politian development authority) Project name : Construction of Flyover between Balanagar X roads to Narsapur X road. In Hyderabad. Duration : 2 Months.
