Operate the twin-screw extruder M/c. Startup shutdown and change over.
To achieve the daily production target
Controlling process parameters of extruder machine screw barrel heating zone
Die head zone, screen changer, adaptor temperature, pressure condition
Take the reading of M/c parameters set points value and process value
Check the premixed material before the extrusion
Pull out extruder machine as pre requirement
To prepare a daily production report
