Scope of project Project comprises 17 level commercial and living space. Construction is in reinforced concrete frame, electrical and mechanical installations. DUTIES PERFORMED 1. Preparation of interim valuations. 2. Creation of material schedules

3. Reporting progress to clients and other construction professionals via phone calls, written reports and presentation.

4. Liaising with the client and other construction professionals 5. Liaising with the design team to ensure design deliverables are received in time for efficient delivery on site works
