Job Descriptions

As a maintenance engineer looking for maintenance of Travelling grate, kiln, annular cooler, balling disc, mechanical screen, ESP & all HR & ID fans.

Planning and execution of preventive, schedule and breakdown maintenance.

Project Planning Management and Monitoring.

Co-ordinate with engineering department for field engineering related problems.

Making DPR,Weekly report and Monthly Report.

Co-ordinate with contractor/subcontractor for proper monitoring of Work.

Checking each and every part of all Machines regularly.

In case of any fault, taking action immediately to solve the problem & report our seniors.

Taking care of Lubrication of each and every moving part.

Maintaining good relation with workers at the entire plant environment. Maintenance of Pneumatic Ash Conveying Systems.
