ExxonMobil Corporation-NigerStar 7, Lagos State, Nigeria Process Engineer/Project Manager (project management), 2020 Designed an onshore Gas Production and Processing/treatment Facility control project and a transport pipeline. Design of a Primary Treatment facility to process 600MMSCFD of Gas from six (6) NAG (Non Associated Gas) wells and transport the Treated/Sales Gas through a distance of 206 KM to Obiafu-Obrikom to Oben (OB3) pipeline. The following are my project performance indicating my tasks and achievements:

• Wrote weekly & monthly Process engineering progress and technical report on an on-going project for accountability and quality purposes.

• Prepared all process design deliverables required by our clients on the agreed stipulated time of project delivery such as Process Descriptions & philosophy, Process basis of design, Block Flow Diagrams (BFD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Equipment Lists, Equipment Datasheets, Line and Vessel Sizing, PSV Sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Heat & Materials balance, etc using the relevant Design Codes and Standards such as API 14C, 12J, 14E, etc where applicable and also that of our client’s codes, standards and global practices.

• As the Project Manager, I successfully managed a team of 47 individuals, generated deliverables that were reviewed from IDC to IFC design review gates. I scheduled and coordinated weekly meetings and discipline team interphase with other disciplines. I managed the QAQC, Document controller, Projects Cost tracking, Scheduler and Team Leads to ensure the project is finished on track without recording downtimes. Certifications

I created the project management plan which guided and ensured that all deliverables passed through those gates as at when due in line with the MDR. In addition, I designed the risk management plan for the project.

At Petronella Nigeria Limited

Designed a flowchart for third party vehicles management which improved service rendering significantly by 30% and reduced unnecessary inter- departmental commingling and task repetition.

Also drew up company’s tyre management policy which reduced wastages in the system by 20%.
