Roles and Responsibilities:

Carry out Civil, Structural & MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) related government authority Submission, to liaise with Client and Contractor. Providing technical support and monitoring the construction progressing, discuss with Office and site Engineers Team /sub-contractor Engineers and give out solution for site issues.

Prepare BOQ, method of statement for construction works and review all methods submitted by consultant and subcontractor.

Co-ordinate with Consultant, Subcontractor for DEWA, Dubai Municipality, FCI and Civil Defense submission and approval.

Coo-ordinate with the clients/ Dubai Government for getting the requirement clarification and work progress updates.

Check and review all Civil, Structural & MEP related drawings & documentation received from Consultants & vendors, fixing contractors.

Verify the invoices submitted by vendors/subcontractors as per BoQ and work completion.

I have been overlooking the maintenance of most of the projects including the Royal House Building maintenance. Achievement’s:
