Motivated and adept foreign pharmacy graduate looking for an extended internship of 1,500 hours to get licensed under an experienced pharmacist. U.S. Permanent Resident authorised to work in the U.S without any additional sponsorship or approval requirements.

EXPERIENCE

Tiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital, Tiruvalla (India) - Pharmacist ( Feb. 2017 - Aug. 2017) Duties include:

● Computerised billing, dispensing and counseling of medications to patients at the hospital pharmacies which included the outpatient and the inpatient departments.

● Auditing prescriptions, making clinical interventions and counseling of patients at wards.

● Part of a team of Pharmacists that designed intervention form and medication error form with root cause analysis - Which was used to improve the quality of patient care. M. S. Ramaiah Hospital, Bangalore (India) - Pharmacy Intern Aug. 2015 - Jul. 2016

● Six months internship in the department of general medicine and two months each in Surgery, Dermatology, and Pediatrics departments.

● Attended ward rounds with doctors.
