I have successfully completed the Graduate Engineering Training ( GET ) in CEAT LIMITED, Bhandup (W), Mumbai.

- I am responsible for the maintenance of the plant & auxiliaries maintenance. Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown, PM ( Preventive Maintenance ) of the machineries

- Preventive Maintenance that is regularly perform on a piece of equipment to lessen the likelihood of it failing. It is performed while the equipment is steel working so that it does not break down unexpectedly.

- I am responsible for the Oil & Grease in pump and gear Box Inspection, in Hydraulic Pump and Gear Box. Depending on the work for machining of the time intended for the lubricating task the following information about the machine condition :

- Visual analysis of the lube oil condition. The analysis for water contamination, debris, oil temperature, oil color, etc.

- Lube oil system condition for running machine by oil leakages, tank cleaning & superficial condition, oil filter, oil drains, etc.

- Mechanical condition of the machine is check by the vibration, machining noise, bearing temperature, etc.

- I am very important task Or focus by “ Oil and Grease Consumption ” in every machine.

- And basic knowledge for 5’S Audit ( Short, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain ) Technical Qualification

Major Project “DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF SPECIAL-PURPOSE MACHINE ” To overcome these limitations of traditional method special purpose machines have been introduced. In the present work, special-purpose machine is designed and developed which can perform four types of operations Drilling, Cutting, Shaping and Grinding. It will be useful to reduce not only cost but also time of production. Compared to general purpose machines special purpose machines are multi tasking and preferred in industry.
