Laboratory Automated Analyzers:

Solar Atomic Absorption: Basic operation and know how to Handle instruments. For Lead, Zn and Cu.

GC-MS & ICP-MS: Basic operation and know how to Handel instruments. For metabolic disorder and toxic screen.

Synchron CX7/ Delta CX7 (Beckman): For routine chemistry e.g Electrolytes, Glucose, Cardiac enzymes, LFTP. I can also handle the trouble shooting of the machine.

Nova Blood Gasses: For arterial blood gases. I used this machine and I know the troubleshooting as well as.

Axsym (Abbo ): For all infertility tests, thyroid tests, screening tests, (HIV, HBsAg & HCV). All tumor markers & metabolic disordered tests perform in this analyzer. I have knowledge about performing tests and all trouble shootings. MEIA & FPIA techniques are using in this machine.

Immulite 2000 & 1000 (DPC): For all hormones tests, TroponinI, CKMB, Tumor markers & B HCG. I have knowledge to perform these tests and as well as trouble shootings.

TDX & IMX (Abbo ): For different Hormones and drugs level detection by using MEIA & FPIA methodology, I have knowledge to use this machine for these tests and as well as I know the trouble shootings.

Selectra (Merck): For measuring cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, LDL and other routine chemistry. I know how to use this machine and as well as trouble shootings.

Breath Hydrogen Tests (Quintron model 12i microlyzer): Perform Breath Hydrogen test for lactose intolerance. I have knowledge of how to perform this test on this machine.

Sweat Chloride (Macro duct conductivity method by Wescor): Perform sweat chloride test for cystic fibrosis disease. I know how to perform this test on this machine and as well as interpretation.

Easy lite (Meditec Instruments Co): For the measurement of Na, Cl and Lithium. I have knowledge of how to perform these tests on this instrument.

Hitachi 912 (Roche Diagnostic): I have worked on this instrument and know how to use this instrument. For all routine chemistries and lipid profile tests. Laboratory Techniques:

Atomic Absorption: Perform Zn, Lead Level and Cu level using this technique.

Beckman Electrophoresis: used this technique for detection of Serum,Urine and CSF Protein disorders.

Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA): For detection of Helicobacter pylori, Anti Cardiolipin antibodies, ANCA, ENAP,Erythropoietin Levels

Westren Blot Technique: For detection of HIV Virus. Additional Responsibilities at AKUH, Pakistan:

Quality Assurance Commi ee Member: Responsible for maintaining Quality Control (QC) for hormones section, maintaining QC for various tests in relation external QC like Bio Rad and collage of American Pathologist. (CAP).

In-Charge of Special Chemistry Bench: Responsible for making purchase requisition and maintaining inventory of the section for clinical laboratory.

Monthly Duty Roster: Responsible for preparing duty schedule of whole department of Clinical Chemistry. This department daily produces results from 2500 patients. This section of the laboratory performs biochemical analysis 24 hours a day and having 3 shifts with the help of 40 employees. Certificates / Trainings/ Conferences:
