Reviewing of engineering construction drawings.

Responsible in making documents such as Inspection sheet for every mechanical test inspections as per ITP

Responsible in arranging of mechanical test inspection to the construction site with the presence of the QC and the client or his designee.

Supervision of all related activities for welding inspection

Perform visual and welding inspection during the stage of erection

Conduct and hold tool box meeting to the welders and to minimize defects and enhance quality welding

Conduct daily monitoring of welding consumables to ensure that client project specification requirements are being followed as per WPS

Visual inspection for incoming materials.

Visual inspection of welds before, during and after welding.

Witnessing destructive tests for procedure qualification records.

Preparing, reviewing and getting approval from clients for repair of welds.

Review of specification, reference codes, standards and WPS

Witnessing of WQT, PQR, and issuing of WQT certificate to welders and maintaining

Checking Fit up joints, base and filler materials, welding process

Dimensional check of weld and preparation of inspection report

Recording of inspection reports and maintain the records
