INTERESTED DEPARTMENT:

Design, R&D, Analysis & simulation have always induced my curiosity and interests. But given the opportunity I’m ready to improve my knowledge on other departments also. Projects:

Additive Manufacturing of Prosthetic foot integrated with compliance mechanism: To design and manufacture a prosthetic foot, which will be cost efficient, easily accessible to everyone with same quality. To reduce the cost we used 3D Printing method, so that cost and adaptable sizes can be manufactured. Testing of prosthetics involve static and fatigue analysis in Ansys, testing of prototype in UTM (Universal Testing Machine), Fatigue testing machine. Research Papers:

L&T Electrical and Automation: Nov 2019 to Dec 2019 Product Designing:

The internship mainly involves Concept development for MCC draw out unit enclosure using PTC Creo.

Studied failure mode analysis and ease of manufacturing for the concepts. Eleation Academy: May 2019 to June 2019

Product Analysis:

Analysed the product given with Ansys, based on constraints provided and prepare the report of project with Optimisation suggestions. Accomplishment:

Runner-up in Synergy chassis design challenge conducted by NIT, Trichy and Mahindra Automotives

Participated in entrepreneurship competition conducted by Tamilnadu Government on Business model generation

Participated in completion ‘Aakruti 2019’ conducted by Dassault systems on solidworks
