WORK RESPONSIBILITIES AS Piping Supervisor & Project Coordinator.

To perform Fabrication & welding of Plant Piping & Flow lines.

Performing visual inspection of welds and conducting inspection of pipe, welding/ construction materials in compliance with company welding procedures. Resolving all production/ quality control matters in liaison with the clients.

Review quality control manual, Execute and coordinate audits and certifications.

Playing an active role in the preparation / implementation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) as per applicable code/specifications.

Conduct welder’s qualification test as per ASME standards.

Monitoring/ supervising welding process including hydro testing and ensuring quality/ certification of welding equipment as per approved WPS.

Review the NDE reports (DPT ), Control the welding quality and NDE activities.

Ensure the compliance of MTR’s for coded job materials with applicable code / standard

Review manufacturing data books of the projects.

Ensure the implementation of design codes and standards throughout design and manufacturing processes by reviewing the design documents,

Coordinate with Customer.

Raise the non-conformance reports for rectification of discrepancies.

Perform inspection activities & hydrostatic test as per applicable code / standard / drawings.
