We use State-of-the-art technology and deploy world class best practices in our manufacturing processes to achieve the best in quality, cost and delivery.

A process-based approach and lean manufacturing techniques are adopted at Nipman where every manufacturing process in the plant has been designed in a direct customer-supplier relationship. This first-rate workplace set-up ensures faster movement of intermediate products and boosts efficiency while also ensuring the same quality irrespective of which Nipman plant our products are manufactured in.

We are a TS 16949 certified company and Total Quality Management [TQM] systems are practiced at all locations and processes of the company.

AREA OF EXPOSURE/ EXPERTISE:-.

SYSTEM:

Basic Knowledge of ISO/TS-16949:2009, ISO 9001, PPAP, SPC, CAPA and 7- QC tools etc.

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

Short term and long term counter measure for day to day problems using PDCA cycle, 7-QC tools, WHY-WHY analysis.

QA Documentation Support:

Amendment of various Qualities related documents i.e. Procedures, Work Instructions, Segregation, Scrap note and Debit Notes as per requirements for betterment.

Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.

Inspection at all stages and final inspection at customer drawing and final standard.

Preparing PDI Reports.

Daily monitoring/review of reported non-conformances & customer complaints.

Attend customer complaint at customer end & take corrective action against customer complaints.

Mentor Quality Inspector to perform effective product audit.

Pareto analysis for reducing non-conformities.

Involve problem solving and Quality improvement teams.

Working with in root cause analysis and instituting corrective and preventive action.

Facilitate the process owner in identifying the root cause of the failure, prescribing permanent corrective and preventive action and verifying the effectiveness of action taken.

Monitor/track all internal non-conformance and customer concern data, identify trends and targets for manufacturing improvement and support improvement teams in achieving improvement targets.

Supplier Quality Assurance & receipt Inspection:

To ensure the Quality of Incoming Parts by monitoring the quality of incoming parts at receipt inspection. Monitoring Inspection as per specified norms according to Inspection Standard & drawings.

Final Quality Assurance:

To ensure the final quality of component by proper inspection dimensional, visual, functional and testing as per specified norms according to quality Norms, control plan, and customer s specific requirements.

Knowledge of Instruments:

Basic Knowledge of measuring instrument (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Snap gauge, Ring gauge, Profile Projector, Hardness Tester etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Charged with the responsibility of checking the quality of the quality assurance related operations.

Charged with the responsibility of preparing QA & ISO documents.

Responsible for improving the in-house Quality by analyzing Daily/ Monthly rejection & rework.

Responsible for sending Supplier performance every month.

Analysis of Customer Return and Customer Complaints.

Preparing the layout inspection report as per layout inspection plan.

Audit of in process & final quality of Product & Process.

Planned and monitoring of calibration of gauges and instruments and do in-house calibration.
