• Ensuring the zero defect Tank truck and Tank wagon loadings.

• Following the daily activities of site requirements.

• Observation of safety aspects.

DECCAN FINE CHEMICALS & SRAAC :

As per work Sheet, arranging the requirements and specific workers for the units.

As per the job orders, checking required work permits.

Following the general maintenance as per the requirements

Maintenance of mechanical usages like pumps, heat exchangers,Anfd,sludge separators and remaining mechanical equipment’s.

Planning the maintenance of utilities according to the Schedule of production.

Preventive maintenance of all, as per the scheduled timings.

Checking of the spare utilities for using, when there was an interruption of Work.

By workshop machining,damaged parts will me machined for re-Using.

Participating in acceptance test of new facilities when requested

Responsible for supervising Technical and non-Technical in working time.
