Managing the Team

Order Fulfillment
o Owned the whole order fulfillment cycle. Starting from getting the requests from Sales all the way until fulfillment and delivery.
o Distributed and assigned the work to factory employees according to the order type and size. o Scoped out the raw material needs for each project and ordered extra materials whenever necessary for larger projects.
Quality Assurance
o Conducted inspections and ran tests for each order to maintain quality. o Designed and implemented a new process system for each role. o Created best practices documents for each of the 7 different types of machines to speed up onboarding of new workers as well as maintain consistency in the quality of the output. o Maintained machine health and coordinated with external vendors for onsite maintenance of factory tools and machines.
Generating Reports for Upper Management
o Produced computerized reports that were delivered to upper management on a weekly basis. o Often prepared and presented proposals for new machines or major process changes.
Inventory Management
o Implemented a first-ever computerized inventory management system that provided a complete overview of all inventory.
o Updated the system with new raw materials upon delivery. o Inserted the consumption of used raw materials at the end of each day. Printing Press Specialist 2011 – 2014

o Conducted ink mixing and color matching.
