I was responsible for collecting overcharges made by the hotel partners. I researched the cause of the overcharge and shared my findings with the hotel partner in order to recover the funds owed. I worked inside software programs such as, but not limited to Salesforce, AP Recon, Excel, Word, and MARS. I achieved 2-3 awards monthly for ranking in the TOP 10 of several production categories. The primary objective was to recover funds while maintaining partner relationships.

I was responsible for answering the phones, emails and collecting money from guests. I was also responsible for maintaining organization and clear communications. I was responsible for planning, assigning, researching and directing fleet drivers across the country in order to move my client’s product. I was my job to gather as much information as possible from the client in order to find the appropriate and affordable mode of transportation. I was required to know policies and procedures on the different types of transportation, drivers and product. This was a fast pace working environment where I was required to juggle several calls at once while attending to e-mail and my in-office team at the same time. The primary objective was to be fast, efficient and accurate.

I was responsible for hiring and coaching a team of drivers who delivered furniture. It was my job to train them on how to repair damaged furniture, how to communicate professionally and clearly with guests and how to maintain a safe work environment. A large part of the job spent resolving customer complaints and scheduling deliveries. I also balanced the company finances, managed inventory and collected balances due from the guests.
