• Handling customer queries at check-in counter as well as at the boarding gate and providing them all the information regarding their travel.
• Handling existing and making new PNR’s working on GDS system - PEGASUS.
• Selling tickets for airlines and planning route and compute ticket cost while ensuring cabins, seats, or space is available.
• Making changes on the PNR’s and re-issuing the tickets as well as cancellation of tickets.
