• Selling tickets for airlines and planning route and compute ticket cost while ensuring cabins, seats, or space is available.

• Making changes on the PNR’s and re-issuing the tickets as well as cancellation of tickets.

• Direct experience with customers with responsibilities including handling incoming/outgoing calls/communications for various services.
