For the past few years I have professional work experience as a Customer Relationship Associate at Wing Travels and Then I got an opportunity to serve my previous experiences in Management, Leadership and Customer Relationship skills to the CASA Colombo hotel as a Trainee Restaurant Captain, which gave me a great opportunity to start my desired career path on Hospitality Management. After gaining one years of experience in restaurant surrounding I decided to begin my own venture as a restaurant to understand the pros and cons when managing a restaurant.
Since then currently managing my restaurant business “Nambiliya” myself has realized that there’re some sort of outcomes when managing a restaurant in different positions because of the lack of knowledge and experience about the particular section. For the reason that I have decided to give my fullest strength to a particular company to gain more industrial experience and to figure out and understand the skills and strengths needed when managing, also to give your company the knowledge that I have already gained through out my current experiences and to come out as a successful person.
