I have been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years in Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates-Dubai, Azerbaijan, Morocco and Oman.
My main expertise includes in pre and post contract activities of construction industry. conversant with FIDIC form of conditions of contract, claims on variations and extension of time and associated costs, negotiation of claims, interim valuations, measurements based on Principles of Measurement (International), (POMI) and CESMM.
