PERSONAL:
I am very detail oriented and take pride in my work and take on any job I'm given seriously. I like to be taught new things by others or on my own but I'm not afraid to ask for help if I need it. I adapt to changes rather quickly and enjoy variety not knowing what I will be doing form day to day makes the work that more enjoyable. I can switch roles quickly; either to work with a group or as the team leader or as an individual with specific task given or left to be self starting on my own initiative. Either way I strive to get the job done right as quickly and safely as possible. I have worked with various types and kinds of people with varying levels of experience being the trainee or the trainer. I'm very creative and I like to use this to solve problems and make my job more efficient and or safer for everyone involved.
I have been involved in A/V and Theater for more than 24 years of my life (although most of it as a volunteer status) from being the one in the scene to being the Stage Manager, Setting up Lighting, Back Stage, Setting Up & Striking Mobile Stages, Setting up microphones, Routing Various Cables from XLR, DMX and Temporary Electrical for stages and Recording, Editing, Mixing, and recently as a Production Assistant on several locally produced commercials and short films where I get to assist many of the departments on set. I enjoy all aspects of the Audio and Visual Industry from the planning to the building to the execution to the final tear down it is all just as exciting to get to work. In 2018 I started my own recording business OSR Studios specializing in recording and archiving personal and private events for groups and individuals.
