• Successfully led the transition of a new EHS program for (8) domestic and
(24) international sites after the merging of Jarden Corporation and Newell Rubbermaid formed Newell Brands.
• Accountable software administrator for EHS, security, CTPAT, business continuity planning, training development and risk management / property preservation platforms.
• Manage the global EHS team in sustainability efforts to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing solid waste, water, energy and greenhouse gases efficiently including employee performance management.

• Implemented Health and Safety Program through a cross-functional approach leading all levels of plant management and the line worker to advance facility from last to first in the Corporation in incident rate and worker’s compensation dollars.
• Developed waste minimization program to decrease hazardous waste status from a LQG to a SQG to reduce exposure for the facility and corporation.
