RE: Operational Impact of Coronavirus

Delaware North is experiencing an unprecedented upheaval to our business, with nearly all of our operations forced to close as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. We are taking necessary short-term actions to ensure the long-term success of the company, which is important for you, our associate.

A number of our associates are being placed on a business disruption leave of absence. Most of those who are continuing to work are receiving a salary reduction or a decrease in working hours.

The company is taking additional measures to minimize expenses that may affect you. For example, amending the 401(k) plan to make matching contributions on an annual basis following the end of the year, versus a per-pay-period basis, and eliminating the ability to borrow vacation that has not been accrued.

Your status as an associate on a leave of absence for reasons unrelated to COVID-19 is not changing, nor are any pay or benefits to which you have been receiving in accordance with those policies and plans.
