As a long term employee of SeaWorld of Ohio, my contributions included:

Responsible for all aspects SeaWorld Adventure Park’s entertainment & special event productions from concept development through design/construction to daily operations.

Directed a core staff of 25 fulltime creative, technical & administrative professionals plus a combined 150+ seasonal technical/production specialists and contract performers.

Acted as Primary Set Designer for all Park shows, exhibits and special events. Additional responsibilities supporting educational presentations and Guest Services.

Other creative contributions included development of in-park directional signage, and architectural color & material selections throughout many of the park’s buildings and facilities. Proactively expanded in-house artistic and technical production capabilities resulting in increased employee retention rates and decreased expenditures to outside contract resources. Designer/Fabricator contributing to the creation of themed retail concession point of purchase locations at 50+ major Zoo and Theme Park locations nationwide.

Special Project responsibilities included supporting design & materials selection/fabrication and custom painting for select Major Destination Clients, meeting and exceeding their detailed design guidelines and rigorous quality standards.
