Quality Assurance Specialist II

Lead Manual QA Specialist across as many as 4 teams. Manual Testing of software. Tested UI experience across many platforms with in the company ranging from Mobile Devices to numerous software sites. Participated and Lead the manual teams on bi-weekly and monthly testing.

Functional and Regression testing. Participated in the release of 2 different launches into the UK and Canada for websites and a revamp of the mobile application. At every significant release, bi-weekly and when the project was finished as a whole, I would take part in regression testing that looked at both function and non-functional changes. Jira Ticket generation. Created and documented Jira tickets for any bugs found or new features missed that would improve user experience.
