INVENTORY REDUCTION IN DISCRETE TYPE OF INDUSTRY (2021) In this project i use value stream map to visualize graphically the flow of material and flow of information from customer order to finish product.wastes in the company can be identified through the value stream mapping and after identification of waste we use lean tools to reduce waste in the production. Non-Destructive Testing Of Rolls In Rolling Grinding And Bearing Shop Of Bokaro Steel Plant (2019)

In this project we found that Roll spalling is primarily attributed to inherent roll defects and defects induced in the rolls through various mill operational aspects.Here we use non destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing,eddy current testing and liquid penetrate testing to identify defects in the rolls and prevent losses in manufacturing of sheets.
