In the morning before job change :

Bag of rags

Wipe-out with a brush

Air brooms (3 on blank side and 3 on mould side)

Valve trolley

Stacker bar ( check orange tag to see with machine the stacker bar must go to)

In the afternoon

All trolleys will parts should go up to the machine so that it is ready for the job change so that time is not wasted in the morning

Valve trolley should come down not later that 15:00 pm

Make sure all Air brooms are down from the machines and are locked up in Air broom cupboards.

Cleaning dirty machine parts by means of a sand blaster; boopie: vibrator ; and paraffin wash

Assist with maintenance and repair of machinery

Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order

Maintain clean, neat and organized working area

Follow regulations, safety guidelines, and company procedures at all times
