The purpose of conducting an interview is to learn management techniques and the questions we asked from the CEO are to know that how he is able to manage the firm, what kind of techniques he is applying for their employees and coworkers and to motivate them to accomplish all the goals and objectives.

Learn time management and how to lead and motivate the group to reach the objective even if we had some issues while the interview process but we successfully managed to do well.
