Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner

• Nurse Practitioner providing primary care for patients in the community such as group homes, adult senior care living facility and in homes. Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations based on age and diagnosis, including psychological status. Identify normal/abnormal health characteristics.
