Senior Initiative Analyst for NASIC September 2004-Dec 2010
In this role a support the Chief Scientist for NASIC and worked innovation projects and collaborative Programs. I met with senior leaders from the government (US Congressmen, Generals, Senior Civilians, CEOs and City Managers). This led to the shifting of Air National Guard (ANG) resources from a previous mission to one of support NASIC in their missions.
- Successful in developing relationships with multiple government agencies, national laboratories and technology industry partners
- Led the development AF/Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) relationships inside and outside of NASIC, to include AF/A2, Electronic Systems Center (ESC) and AIA
- Responsible for executing over $14 million in non-programmed funds over 3yrs in developing a technical solution for ANG DCGS activities, including all hardware and software required for the mission at NASIC
- Established an Air National Guard (ANG) unit to support NASIC missions, by working with ANG National Head Quarters, Ohio National Guard Headquarters and Air Combat Command (ACC) in developing relationship and trust with these organization.
- Sheppard to conclusion Springfield Technical Solution Center Activities (Data Recovery (DR), Contingency of Operations (COOP), and Testing Facility), which now hosts NASIC’s COOP and DR
- Envisioned, proposed and created a new analytical initiative within NASIC DCGS Analysis Reporting Team (DART) and Springfield Solution Center (SSC), and built relationships to further the development of these initiatives
