Working with individuals with disabilities of all types, cognitive and physical, and teaching them independance through active transportation. We teach them biking, busing, and walking.

They learn how to ride a bike for recreation and also for therapeutic and mobility purposes to be independent. They learn the transit system to be able to get around communities and to their jobs and for recreation. They learn to walk their neighborhoods and how to navigate and learn landmarks to keep from getting lost.

I also do office work handling medicaid billing and personal. Bringing on new employees and staff training.

I also teach Advocating to our students and have traveled to lansing Michigan and also to Washington DC to speak to senators and representatives about different laws that affect us.

I run Springfield Schools recreational basketball league as a Volunteer. I handle over 600 athletes male and female ages kindergarten through Senior in High school. I manage the entire program.

I was All - Ohio in 1996 in basketball. I also played volleyball and was a district all star and participated in track and soccer as well when I was in school I have been involved in writing grants for our non profit organization and helped develop new programs as well

I have been on the deans list when I was a student at The University of Toledo I have raised two sons on my own who are now 19 and 15 years old
