I have been writing and releasing my content online for over a decade. My preferred genre is Fantasy, but I have dabbled in poetry, mystery, science-fiction, horror, romance, and others as well. I have written as a hobby my entire life, from short stories and poems to novels and screenplays. After graduating from Full Sail University, I released a low-fantasy novel trilogy on Amazon and have since published multiple other titles through that platform as well. FARMERS INSURANCE GROUP; GRAND RAPIDS, MI – JAN. 2021-JUNE 2021 I was very recently employed remotely by this company but a change in mandatory work hours prompted me to look for something that would better fit my schedule to benefit my family. As a direct services representative, I was responsible for communicating with customers, vendors, and agents via telephone and email regarding insurance policies, coverages, and billing accounts. (Gap in employment due to Covid-19 Pandemic.)

SCREAMING NEEDLE TATTOO; ALLENDALE, MI — SEPT. 2018-OCT. 2019 As the studio’s receptionist, I was responsible for booking appointments, handling communications with clients via telephone, email, and social media, helping clients with paperwork, answering questions about tattoo and body piercing aftercare, assisting artists, and much more. In addition, I was also responsible for the containment, sanitization, and sterilization of biohazardous material and regular cleaning of procedure areas. I left this job because the working environment became toxic and management did not seem to value its employees or their needs within the workplace. DUCK CREEK RV RESORT; MUSKEGON, MI — MAY 2012-AUG. 2018 As manager and front desk representative at this company, I was responsible for checking guests in and out, making and managing their reservations, and interviewing and hiring staff, as well as retail and inventory. I was also responsible for creating memos and newsletters for staff and guests, merchandising, scheduling, opening/closing duties, and creating the staff training manual. My reason for leaving this job was simply that I outgrew the position and reached the highest level of employment I could with the company.
