I took this job at the Geismar site ( Maintenance Supervisor ) to bring my skills and work ethics with my leadership skills to make the cluster 9 ( Polyol ) the best maintenance group on site and North America, due to Covid-19 the plant had to cut back and now I am looking for another place to work and give my expertise to a company to make the best team ever and serve 20 more years until I retire.

I moved up to Maintenance supervisor due to my work ethics and great team leadership, I attended multiple leadership classes and learned a great deal of management skills. I brought those skills back to work and shared with my team and now they understand how things work and we become one of the best maintenance groups in north America, and also took on the roles of a gatekeeper during the time 2015 till 2019.
