- Promote and develop a Safety and Quality culture which secures effective implementation of Company policy, procedures and responsibilities.

- Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), method statements and risk assessments.

- Address Site team about hazards to identify specific risks and challenges.

- Perform inspections of all requirements, and guidelines and identify non-compliance, unsafe practices, and

- conditions on Worksites and Accommodation facilities in the assigned area of operation, to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

- Organize and facilitate training, drills and exercises for emergency preparedness at the site, accommodation facilities and in office.

- Promptly and professionally responding to all incidents and near misses which are observed or received from Company employees or third parties.

- Monitoring safety and emergency equipment, whether portable or installed, to ensure said equipment is maintained by the line in a safe operable condition, and that such is correctly used.

- Keep aware of the HSEQ related policies, procedures, standards, checklists and guidelines, customers’ requirements and guidelines and ensure creating of awareness on these standards, across the Company, thus improving compliance.

- Ensure compliance and inspection on HSE related systems i.e. firefighting, emergency preparedness at worksite and facility location.
