Working with Cost & Estimating department for integrating cost & schedule by developing/mapping Cost Codes

Developing various schedules (Level 1, 2, 3, 4-5), Milestone during Feed & EPC phase.

Capable of Handling the Engineering & construction subcontractors to comply their works in line with the Overall project schedule

Extracting main critical path & nearby critical paths activities from the schedule

Attending client, Monthly meetings for monitoring critical path of the project.

Updating the program at all the stage of the project and interpreting the result with the Project Key persons.

Capable of reviewing the FIDIC contract clauses against the subcontractor claims.

Analyzing the project Risk and Monitoring the schedule risk aspects using the Risk register.

Conducting the Weekly progress meeting with the Engineering, Procurement & construction discipline and following the Key areas to improve the progress.

Hands on experience with Knowledge in the Sequence of Engineering, procurement & construction phases.
