Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target.

Minimize daily rejection/rework percentage in production.

Work closely with the product team to identify issues affecting safety, throughput, efficiency, ergonomics, product flow and downtime.

Identify areas of improvements within the current production process.

Support cost down/lean/continuous improvements activities as defined by engineering.

Responsible for updating control plans, daily production report, work instructions, TPM instructions and in general any controlled documents required for production to run the process.
