• Coordinate and facilitate open houses and resident events while following a strict budget and reporting on attention and conversion each event received.
• Keep track of prospective leasers and their buying habits to keep them interested in the apartment homes.

Was able to increase previous record raised by a single Chenega Invitational by $20,000 in first year as host and in three years as host, raised a total of $282,000 to donate.
• Conduct market research on advertising opportunities to include both digital and print and research competitor activities and effectiveness for marketing campaigns.
• Research, organize, and attend tradeshow and industry events to allow for face-to- face networking and create best representation of the company for future contract opportunities.
• Support marketing content development, including press releases, event announcements, blog posts, collateral, infographics, and social media posts.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate expense reports and receipts as well as travel arrangements for the Marketing department.
