PAK-ARAB REFINERY LIMITED (PARCO)

Working as Assistant Technologist II in Pak Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), Pipe Line Division Engineering Services section from 1st May, 2011 till date.

Job Responsibilities:

The position of civil Technologist exists for the purpose of carrying out maintenance of Pipeline Stations / Terminals building and civil works including construction and supervising civil contractors.

Supervise all types of construction activities of Building, Roads and Equipments Foundations etc.

Assist to prepare site surveys, Familiar with use of Survey instrument i.e. Level.

Prepare layout of Buildings and Infrastructure.

To prepare shop drawing etc.

. Preparation of B.O.Q. / Engineering estimate for quotation/ tender documents for proposed work on the basis of surveys conducted.

Verification of contractors’ bills and measurement as per site drawings.

To Control quality of work by Material Testing.

Prepare Regular Progress report of the project.

Awareness of IMS system and implementation of HSEQ policies during execution of job.

To follow and prepare Preventive Maintenance Master Plan for civil works.

Preparation of Budget, Budget Implementation schedule and their follow up.
