Services Specialist Supervisor

I fit this "Accessible Services Specialist" position like a glove. I drove the Extra Board for about 8 years and really learned about the whole system and how it worked... I hesitantly advised the planners to run the Veneta route "backwards" to give Veneta a much better and happier rider experience.

While driving... getting downtown, i called out what route the bus would become and how much time till the next pulse. People knew that they would have to hurry or had time for a cigarette.

i advised my supervisor of how bad the drivers seats had become. New seats were for a driver

in 2002,

I was diagnosed with bi-polar-depressive disorder. i've taken my medicine for about 22 years... I've been compliant for the whole 22 years.

i will be the lady in the grocery lane chatting it up with others. Maybe trying to have a conversation with the child who's pitching a fit by asking if Ok for mom, that i can talk with her child. The parents are into it I always saying yes!. i tell the child you look and sound very sad.. are you unhappy why?

Teamwork, group input with a win/win situation is the very best solution. Absolute truth and faith will be defined different ways by different people. active listening really helps to build trust.
